This corporate website does not directly sell a product. Purchases made through an SBH ERGAST product are governed by the refund terms displayed by that product or its payment provider.

Digital products and services

Because access to a digital service may be supplied immediately, payments may be non-refundable once access has been activated or the service has been used, except where required by law or where the relevant product states otherwise.

Technical problems

If you paid but did not receive the stated access because of a verified technical problem, contact us with the product name, payment date and transaction reference. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
